Now you can port Siri fully functional on your iPhone 4 or iPod touch 4G. There’s a chinese team called CD-Team has developed Cydia tweak called “H1Siri” which brings Siri’s GUI and Siri connectivity to the own team’s servers. So it will be connected to private servers instead of Apple’s servers.
Note: If you have installed before a Cydia tweak called “Siri0us“, it’s recommended to remove it to prevent crashing and conflicting.

How To Install Siri On iPhone 4 and iPod touch 4G:
Step 1: You must have an iPhone 4 or iPod touch 4G running iOS 5 / iOS 5.0.1, also you have to jailbreak your device
Step 2: Now go to Cydia >> Manage >> Sources >> Edit then tap on Add and write the following repo:

OR
http://www.iphone3gsystem.fr/cydia
Step 3: Now get back to Cydia and search for “H1Siri” and install it, then reboot your device.
Step 4: Go to Setting >> General >> Siri and switch it to “On”.
Important Note: At the first time it may stuck with you So reboot your device 1 or 2 times. The H1Siri developer confirmed that the app will get more stability by today.
